"Exercise It Again" is a song performed past American contemporary worship ring Elevation Worship. Written by Mack Brock, Chris Dark-brown, Matt Redman and Steven Furtick,[ii] the song was released as the first single from their 2022 anthology In that location Is a Cloud.[three] [4] It was released to Christian radio on February 23, 2018. The song peaked at No. 6 on the Usa Hot Christian Songs chart, condign their 2d Top 10 single from that nautical chart. It lasted on the charts for 33 weeks, their second longest charting song.[5] The song is played in a B-flat major central, and 172 beats per minute.[6]
Groundwork [edit]
The earliest version of "Do It Again" was released on September ix, 2016, as part of the extended play titled Speak Revival.[7] The live version of "Do It Over again" was and then released on Feb 17, 2018, during the pre-order menstruation of At that place Is a Cloud, as the second promotional single of the album.[8] [nine] It was recorded during the 12-day "Lawmaking Orange Revival" upshot in September 2016,[10] held by Superlative Church building at its Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, Northward Carolina.[xi] "Do Information technology Again" impacted Christian radio on February 23, 2018, with an extended play containing the radio, live, reprise, audio-visual and Spanish versions of the vocal released on the same day.[12]

Worship leaders and songwriters Mack Brock and Chris Brown had an interview with Kevin Davis in Reading, Pennsylvania for a 'Behind the Song' feature published on NewReleaseToday.[xiii] Mack Brock shared that the song was inspired by a sermon titled "Don't Cease on 6" that Steven Furtick preached at a Hillsong Conference, whereby Matt Redman identified a song concept.[13] Chris Brown, in relation to the song's takeaway message, said "We want people to know that God is true-blue."[13]

The lyric and audio-visual videos of "Exercise It Over again" was published on YouTube on September thirty, 2016.[14] [15] The alive music video of "Exercise It Again" which also includes the reprise, recorded at Top Church building's Ballantyne campus in Charlotte, North Carolina was released on February 24, 2017, through YouTube.[16] The lyric video of the song'south Spanish version titled "Lo Harás Otra Vez (Do It Again)" was released on August 21, 2017, via YouTube.[17] The alive audio-visual performance video of the song was then published on March 1, 2022 via YouTube.[18]
